Central Highlands Sustainability & Accessibility is a consultancy business providing detailed assessments and specialist advice on sustainable building and accessible design for people of all equity, diversity, and inclusion with better living and working conditions for all people, regardless of age, gender, or mobility.

We work closely with our clients, specifically architects, building designers, building owners and managers in Melbourne, Central Highlands region and surrounds.

With more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, Tim Blyth has expertise in building design, building project management, sustainability, Thermal Performance Assessment and Accessibility for people with Disabilities.

Tim is an Accredited Energy Rater, Accessibility Consultant and member of Design Matters, HERA and ACAA. He has received the Diploma of Access Consulting and the Cert IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
