Central Highlands Sustainability & Accessibility is a consultancy business providing architects, building designers, building owners and managers, developers, and homeowners with detailed assessments and specialist advice on sustainable building and accessible design to ensure equity and dignity for all users.
Sustainability
- We emphasize the importance of sustainability and climate action.
- Our goal is to foster a sustainable future through innovative solutions in improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of apartments, new homes, renovations, and the existing housing stock.
- We aim to mitigate climate change by making positive contribution to buildings, facilities, commercial property, and open space.
- We will plant a tree for every new client to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability.
Accessibility
- Great design can and should be for everyone.
- We envision a space that’s usable, viable and accessible to address all issues of equity, diversity and inclusion for a better every day and future.
- We ensure that an existing building or new building project complies with the spirit and intent of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
- We will make a donation for every new client to an association who advocates disabled rights.
